We offer free shipment in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia when you order for more than 5000 SEK.

We ship via USP to your nearest UPS Access Point, if not available we ship it to your home adress. Our ambition is to ship the products within 1-5 days. If some items are not available we'll contact you for the best ETA possible.

If you're not satisfied with your newly purchased gear, or it didn't live up to your expectations please send an e-mail to info@malmomusikaffar.com and we'll try to help you!

We offer a 14-day full return service if item(s) is in new condition.

Ee have a 12-month warranty on all new products. 3 months on used.

Always contact us before you make the return and we'll help you out.

No refund on SALE items

No refund on software, installed products e.g guitar pickups or sealed products.

If you believe your item(s) have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours to let us know. If you can see the item has not arrived in good condition, sign for the goods as "DAMAGED".
